Tiberiades agradece al poeta Perez Alencart porque dejemos conocer este poema suyo, escrito tras su retorno del Mesopotamia Poetry Festival celebrado en La Haya (Holanda). Tambi\u00e9n nuestras gratitudes a los poetas Abdul Hadi Sadoum, Mar Russo y Miek Van Goethem, por las traducciones de dicho poema.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nREUNIDOS EN LA HAYA<\/h4>\n

Te acercas a la casa de Spinoza
\ny cedes a la imaginaci\u00f3n: piensas el ayer
\ny sientes los latidos del pulso
\nde este sefard\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Avanzas unos pasos y, como si nada,
\nescuchas a poetas \u00e1rabes de hoy
\nrecitando sus versos en el oasis dedicado
\na Baruch, Bento o Benedictus:
\ncomprendes que la naturaleza y el universo
\nconforman el alma de Dios.<\/p>\n

Est\u00e1s en La Haya, una ma\u00f1ana luminosa,
\ny percibes como si unas santas manos
\nte acariciaran con infinita ternura.<\/p>\n

Es el sosiego y su fulgor presentido.
\nEs la comuni\u00f3n en medio de frutales y p\u00e1jaros.
\nEs la profunda entrega a la Poes\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Hay respeto en el coraz\u00f3n de estos poetas
\nreunidos en La Haya.<\/p>\n

You draw near to Spinoza\u2019s house
\nand surrender to imagination: your thoughts turn to the past,
\nand you can almost feel the pulse
\nof this Sephardic soul.<\/p>\n

A few steps on, as if nothing were unusual,
\nyou hear Arab poets of our time
\nreciting their verses in the oasis
\ndedicated to Baruch, Bento, or Benedictus.
\nThen you understand that nature and the universe
\nare the very soul of God.<\/p>\n

You are in The Hague on a luminous morning,
\nand it feels as though holy hands
\nwere caressing you with infinite tenderness.<\/p>\n

This is serenity and its quiet radiance.
\nThis is communion amid fruit trees and birds.
\nThis is a profound surrender to Poetry.<\/p>\n

Reverence dwells in the hearts of these poets
\ngathered in The Hague.<\/p>\n

Je gaat enkele passen verder en, alsof het niets is
\nhoor je arabische dichters van vandaag
\nhun verzen uitspreken in de oase, toegewijd
\naan Baruch, Bento of Benedictus:
\nje begrijpt dat de natuur en het universum
\nsamen de ziel vormen van God.<\/p>\n

Je bent in Den Haag, op een heldere ochtend
\nen je voelt alsof heilige handen
\nje strelen met eindeloze tederheid.<\/p>\n

Het is de kalme rust en zijn voorvoelde schittering.
\nHet is gemeenschap temidden van fruitbomen en vogels.
\nHet is de diepe overgave aan de Po\u00ebzie.<\/p>\n
