sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Laura Ymayo Tartakoff naci\u00f3 en Santiago de Cuba en 1954 y una vez m\u00e1s en La Habana pues fue all\u00ed donde aprendi\u00f3 a leer y a escribir. Desde entonces ha vivido en Nueva York, San Juan de Puerto Rico, Washington, Boston, Ginebra, Par\u00eds y Cleveland. Obtuvo la beca Oscar B. Cintas. Su poes\u00eda ha sido incluida en Burnt Sugar\/Ca\u00f1a Quemada (2006) de Lori Marie Carlson y Oscar Hijuelos (Eds.) y en la Antolog\u00eda de la poes\u00eda cubana del exilio (2011) de Odette Alonso \\n(Ed.). Es autora de los libros Mujer martes (1976), Entero lugar (1994) e \u00cdntimo color (2002), algunos de cuyos poemas aparecen en este inventario. Tambi\u00e9n es coeditora de Poes\u00eda y pol\u00edtica: poemas escogidos de Heberto Padilla 1974) y editora de Con todos y para el bien de todos: el pensamiento pol\u00edtico y social de Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed (2003). Ense\u00f1a en el departamento de Ciencias Pol\u00edticas de Case Western Reserve University.
